General Information

All product details, prices, and descriptions listed in our shop are current at the time of publication. We may update these at any time without prior notice, and any new information replaces previously advertised details.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all items listed on our website are original period pieces unless otherwise stated. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only if the item is unaltered and in the same condition as sent. You’ll receive a full refund for the purchase price (excluding postage costs).
Refunds are not available for items purchased in error (including translation mistakes), items bought for third parties, or items that have been damaged, disassembled, cleaned, or tampered with after purchase.
Our items are intended for collectors’ display only and are not guaranteed for wear or use. We cannot offer refunds for clothing, footwear, or headgear due to fit or sizing issues.
It is your responsibility to ensure that items can be legally imported into your country. If you need to return an item due to import restrictions, we can offer an exchange for goods of equal value (minus return postage and any import costs), but not a refund.

Order Acceptance

Items will be relisted if payment is not received promptly or if you don’t contact us at the time of ordering. We cannot hold items without payment, so please get in touch immediately to secure your purchase.
A contract is only formed once we receive full payment and dispatch your order. Our initial order acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance.
If we’re unable to accept your order for any reason, we’ll notify you and refund any payment made.
If two customers order the same item at the same time, the item will go to the first person who completes payment. See above for our refund policy.

Age-Restricted Items

You must be over 18 to purchase knives, edged weapons. We require age verification before completing these sales.

Metal Descriptions

Terms like ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’, or ‘Bronze’ refer to the grade, appearance, or plating of an item, not solid metal content, unless specifically stated.

Product Availability

Our website displays only items currently in stock. In rare cases, an item may sell out during your visit. If this happens, we’ll notify you and refund any payment made.

Delivery Charges

All orders include delivery, packing, and handling fees, calculated automatically at checkout based on the item categories that are ordered.
We reserve the right to correct any calculation errors and will notify you of any changes before shipping.

Shipping & Insurance

We ship worldwide, but all items are sent at your own risk.
We package items carefully but cannot guarantee against glass breakage.
We are not responsible for loss, uninsured damage, or breakage after dispatch. We use tracked shipping and will provide a tracking number.
Insurance is not included by default. If you want insurance, please request a quote before ordering.
If your parcel is returned to us due to delivery issues, we cannot offer a refund but can arrange redelivery at your expense.

Payment

All payments are processed in GBP (£).

Layaway Plans

If you use a layaway plan, the first payment is non-refundable if you default or cannot make further payments. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement and retain your initial payment if payments are missed.
